Whether you're making a purchase within the United States or from anywhere in the world, our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your order reaches you safely, securely, and promptly. This policy outlines the shipping methods we use, our approach to different order types and sizes, how we handle special requests, and what you can expect during the shipping process.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States & Territories)

Service Coverage

We offer domestic shipping within the United States and its territories, ensuring that our customers in all regions, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories, can receive their orders with ease.

 

Shipping Methods

  • Large Items: For oversized items such as bikes, frames, wheels, and handlebars, we exclusively use UPS Ground. UPS Ground provides a balance of speed, reliability, and careful handling—imperative for shipping large and sometimes delicate equipment.
  • Small Items: For smaller products and accessories, we entrust the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your items efficiently and at a reasonable cost.

 

Selection of Courier

While we have carefully selected UPS Ground and USPS for our default shipping methods based on their reliability and service quality, we understand that each customer has unique preferences. If you have a preferred courier or require a specific shipping service, please let us know at the time of your order. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request; however, additional charges or transit times may apply, depending on the service selected.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 2 PM local time or during weekends and holidays may be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. When you check out, shipping fees will be displayed for your review. For large or bulky items, additional surcharges may apply due to the increased cost and handling required.

 

Delivery Estimates

  • UPS Ground (Large Items): Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location within the United States.
  • USPS (Small Items): Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days for most addresses. Remote locations may require additional transit time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as high order volumes, seasonal delays, or unforeseen courier logistics issues.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 

Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking information. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can monitor the status and progress of your shipment via the courier's website.

 

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping for our customers outside the United States and its territories. For all international orders, we utilize Shopify's Managed Markets, which enables us to provide a streamlined and dependable cross-border shopping experience.

Shopify's Managed Markets handles the complexities of international shipping, including customs documentation, duties, and taxes collection at checkout when applicable. This service ensures transparency for our global customers and reduces the likelihood of unexpected costs upon delivery.

The specific courier and shipping method used for your international order will be determined by Shopify's Managed Markets to optimize delivery time, reliability, and cost based on your destination and the nature of your order.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

Duties and taxes (if applicable) are calculated and collected at checkout for most countries. This prepayment helps to expedite customs clearance and minimizes delays.

Customers are responsible for any additional customs requirements specific to their country. Shopify's Managed Markets will provide complete transparency and support throughout the process.

 

Shipping Limitations and Exceptions

Weather, Customs, and Courier Delays

We make every effort to ensure a smooth and predictable shipping experience. However, certain factors may be beyond our control:

  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be held for inspection by customs authorities in the destination country, which can add days or weeks to the delivery schedule.
  • Weather Events: Severe or inclement weather can disrupt transportation networks and cause unforeseen delays.
  • Courier Logistics: Courier companies may occasionally experience issues that temporarily affect their ability to deliver packages on schedule.

While we are committed to resolving any shipping issues that may occur, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, inclement weather, or courier logistics issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

 

Unclaimed, Refused, and Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, refused, or due to incorrect address information, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. If you do not respond or request a refund, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product(s) only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Special Requests and Customer Preferences

We are happy to consider special shipping requests, such as signature-required services, delivery to alternate addresses, or the use of a specific courier. Please communicate your preferences at the time of ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note, however, that not all requests may be possible depending on the order, destination, or courier policies.
