The bottom bracket is in very good condition and is likely New Old Stock (NOS).  Cups do not look like they have been installed and have pristine bearing races.  Crank bolts and bearings appear to be NOS, too. The spindle is in very good condition with smooth bearing races and no pits - the spindle is the only aspect that may have been installed but never used.
